VeryWendy Fitness is a health and fitness blog written by Wendy DeFeudis, a personal trainer and long time fitness enthusiast.  Wendy is certified through National Association of Sports Medicine, Power Pilates and Les Mills Body Combat. 

Wendy believes strongly in a well rounded approach to fitness.  She is a long time yoga practitioner, dancer and mountain biker. 

Wendy understands first hand about endurance training, as well as setting and accomplishing fitness goals,  having trained and competed in the Boston Marathon.
