Sexy Arms

ARMS

Here are a few moves to get your arms in gorgeous shape:

Grab appropriate dumbells.  

To begin, stand with your legs hip width apart, butt tucked under, navel in toward your spine.  Look and feel strong and lengthened.

Lateral Raises–With arms straight, reach one arm out in front of you, then the other.  Repeat 20 times.

Bicep Curls–Grab the weights, bend your ams at your sides, curl both weights up at the same time.  Make sure you hold the contracts for a few seconds before you release.  Repeat 20 times.

Tricep Extensions–Using a bench, kneel with one leg bent on the bench and the other straight for support.  Grip one dumbell in the hand with the standing leg.  Bring your arm in close to your body.  Begin with the weight curled in toward your shoulder and extend out behind you.  Hold the extention for 2 seconds and return to starting position.  Do this 20 times on each arm.  You can do two sets of 10 or 1 set of 20.
