The Almighty Lunge

I don’t know about you, but I want nice legs. Maybe you were born with them or maybe like most of us, you long for lean, shapely legs. So how do we get them? It’s called lunges and more lunges and variations of more lunges. They are painful, they are arduous and tedious, but they work! I myself would rather sit on a leg press machine and do 30 reps of 160lbs than use my own body weight with lunges. But that’s just me. I’m now a convert. Last night I did 5 sets of 25 (each leg!), front , back, side and then squats in between each set. Needless to say I am feeling it in all the right places today. I’m sure you will too if you try it out. So Lunge away and enjoy your day!
